hmm...haha seems like my blog has been for a while now...time to revive it with my recent experiences...
school? sucks...haha...my course has about 118 students and most of our modules are pre-allocated so i only have to bid for my electives...this semester i'm taking physiology, anatomy, physical pharmacy, physicochemical principles of action and a singapore studies module (the evolution of a global city-state)...into the first lecture and i know i am in deep trouble because everything seems to be greek to me and now, the medical library has almost become my third home which is really pathetic cos i have never been so hardworking before...haha...oh yah and then last week there was a talk by the health minister for all the medicine, dentistry, nursing and pharmacy freshmen and was really quite disappointed with some of the answers that the minister gave...particularly his last answer on dispensing rights has caused alot of unhappiness and dismay among my course-mates but i'm not really affected cos i don't really intend on practicing in singapore and his response just further vindicated my decision...haha...the only upside to school is the new friends that i have made...even the food is disappointing because the science canteen doesn't really have much variety or delicious food unlike the other canteens...
onto other issues...tuition...just started tutoring at the tuition centre about 3 weeks ago and i am already losing my voice...sure tells u alot about my students huh?...i am tutoring sec 1 maths and science and it's really stressful cos i can't really remember most of what i have learnt already...but overall i would say it has been very fun cos my students are a rowdy and hyperactive bunch making my job simpler and yet harder (if u get what i mean...)
p.s. i am really trying very hard to live my life but if u keep barging in then it will only make it harder for me to forget u...
